Molecular Biomarkers

Transpharmation’s translational molecular biomarker platform facilitates the diagnosis and classification of CNS disorders, stratifying patients into homogeneous, clinically distinct subpopulations and helping to predict treatment response to specific drugs.

Our platform provides services which can stand-alone or can be coupled with all our preclinical and experimental medicine models to facilitate decision making in drug discovery projects. Furthermore, a partnership with a CNS focused biobank provides access to tissue, fluids and full clinical histories of patients from a range of neurological and psychiatric disorders.

Cutting-edge high-performance infrared (Odyssey® CLx Imaging System) and electrochemiluminescence (MESO® QuickPlex SQ 120) technologies facilitate detection of proteins in the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), plasma and blood cells; and the detection of cytokines, Total-TAU / Phospho-Tau and alpha-synuclein in tissue and fluids.

All our protocols can be customised to detect your proteins of interest.
